The Planetrise Association delivers donations to persecuted Christians in Congo

Hungary's Reformed Church and the Hungary Helps Programme are each donating five million forints to support persecuted Christians in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The aid comes in response to a recent violent attack in the north-eastern region of the country, where seventy Christians were abducted and beheaded inside a Protestant church.

The Planetrise Cultural and Environmental Association, which has been active in the region since 2008, is responsible for delivering the donations to the affected Christian families on behalf of the Reformed Church in Hungary and the Hungary Helps Programme.
