About Planetrise Foundation
"There is a saying: Think globally and Act locally.
However we thought: Act globally and Act locally. "
The Planetrise Foundation was established in 2021 by a couple of enthusiastic young people headquartered in Kisvárda.
Our goal is to support the process of sustainable development, preserve diverse cultures and promote a healthy lifestyle at every level of society in order to lay the groundwork for a more livable and unified world.
Our mission is to help preserve our values and shape our natural and built environment, as well as our society, through concrete actions, programs, awareness campaigns, education, and mindset-shaping efforts—all in the spirit of sustainability.
Mindset Transformation
We initiate positive changes in thinking to help shape a more conscious and responsible society—together.
Environmental Protection
We are deeply committed to protecting our natural assets, ensuring a clean and livable environment for future generations.
Sustainable Development
We foster balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects—for a world that remains livable in the long term.
Education and Awareness
We provide knowledge as a compass—tools that help individuals navigate the world and take part in shaping it.
Cultural Activities
We create space for creativity, dialogue and the reinterpretation of traditions—because culture connects, inspires and builds community.
Social Engagement
We actively participate in shaping public life, supporting social initiatives and collaboration through volunteer and community programs.

Travel and volunteer!
"Volunteering is more than just offering help – it's an adventure that shapes your thinking, broadens your horizons and opens new doors."
Through different type of volunteer programmes you can explore the world, gain deep insight into the everyday lives of different cultures and acquire skills that will benefit you anywhere.
Volunteering teaches you to adapt, makes you more open-minded, strengthens your problem-solving abilities and helps you understand how real change can be achieved.
It enhances your communication and collaboration skills as you learn languages, face challenges and begin to see the world from new perspectives.

Support our mission!
