The Planetrise Association met with State Secretary Azbej Tristan

Our key partner, the Planetrise Cultural and Environmental Association, was represented by Dr Péter Gergő Juhász and Csaba Szeremley, while their partner organisation in Eastern Congo (VÉTO) was represented by Christian Cito Cirhigiri at a meeting held with Tristan Azbej, State Secretary and Head of Hungary Helps.

The meeting was also attended by Dávid Marton, coordinator of the Africa programs at Hungary Helps Agency. The aim of the discussion was to evaluate the activities carried out so far by our organisations and our joint projects.

Christian Cirhigiri expressed his gratitude on behalf of the relatives of the Congolese victims for the support provided by Hungary Helps Agency and the Hungarian Reformed Church.

State Secretary Mr. Tristan Azbej launched the noble initiative involving several domestic and international civil organizations, churches, and government bodies, through which assistance is provided to the families of seventy Christians massacred by extremists in North Kivu, Eastern Congo.

The "First Nyíregyháza Lions Club" and its local branch in Kisvárda also joined the group of supporters.
